Thank you for your interest in booking a meeting room at the Berwick Branch operated by the St. Mary Parish Library System. The physical location for this branch is 3512 Fifth St, Berwick, LA 70342. Please review the SMPL Meeting Room Policy found here.  

Meeting Room requests must be made with a 3-day notice, and library staff will review the submitted meeting room requests for approval. 

Study Room reservations can be made on a first-come, first-served basis and are unlimited per day, per user. The submitted requests are approved immediately.

Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis.

Study room use is unlimited per day per user. 

Room reservations will be honored up to 15 minutes past the reservation start time.
